A request made through this website is an enquiry, not a booking. A journey is confirmed only when VerCab confirms it in writing, stating the vehicle class, the chauffeur arrangement and the fare.

Vehicle classes, routes and coverage shown on this site are indicative. Availability for a specific date, route and class is confirmed at the point of quotation.

Fares shown on this site are indicative. The fare that applies is the one stated on your confirmed quotation. Tolls, permits, parking and driver allowance are itemised rather than absorbed.

Payment terms, accepted methods and the point at which payment falls due are being confirmed and will be stated here.

This section will cover providing accurate pickup details and contact information, being ready at the agreed time, the number of passengers and items of luggage carried, and conduct during the journey.

This section will set out the standard VerCab commits to: the condition and documentation of the vehicle, the verification of the chauffeur, and what happens if a vehicle or chauffeur has to be substituted.

Changes to a confirmed journey, and cancellation by either side, are covered by the Cancellation Policy.

Where a journey involves a partner operator, an airport, a hotel or another third party, that party's own terms may also apply.

The limits of VerCab's liability, and the circumstances in which they apply, require legal drafting and will be stated here.

This section will explain how changes are made and how you will be told about them.

The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction will be stated here once the contracting entity is confirmed.
