Vehicles move every day. Whatever you build or run is used by chauffeurs, coordinators and travellers within the week.

There is no layer between deciding something and seeing whether it worked. That cuts both ways, and it is the point.

Standards over scale
We would rather run fewer journeys properly than more of them approximately. That principle decides most arguments here.
How we work
A few things that are true about the place.
Coordinators, engineers and the fleet sit in the same conversation. Nobody hands work over a wall.
The person who takes the booking is the person accountable for the journey.
We write things down. A decision that only exists in someone's head is not a decision.
Travel is unforgiving about detail. So we are careful, and we are calm about it.
